All evaluations and follow up sessions at any location are:
$250 per session ($325 evaluation)
We are an out-of-network provider. We do not bill insurance directly. We do offer superbills which you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement (coverage amount will depend upon your insurance and specific plan). We do not guarantee any reimbursement and encourage you to call your insurance before the initial evaluation to check if pre-authorization is required.
Most people will feel some relief from their symptoms within a few visits. For more straight forward cases it usually takes between 4-6 sessions. For more complicated issues it may take 12 or more visits, depending on a variety of factors.
No. Washington and Oregon are direct access states for physical therapy meaning you do not need a referral in order to receive treatment.
Please fill out and sign the intake form, waiver, and disclosures sent to you after scheduling your evaluation. Wear comfortable clothes so that you can move freely. Bring shoes you typically wear. Bring any eye wear and orthotics (dental or foot) you typically use.
Yes! We encourage spouses, partners, parents, and caregivers to join you at any of your sessions. Patients have found it helps with remembering what was covered during your appointment and oftentimes they think of relevant questions along the way.
