After each session you will be provided with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for full or partial reimbursement (depending on your insurance). We do not guarantee any coverage and highly recommend calling your insurance beforehand to check if they accept superbills and/or if pre-authorization is needed. HSA, cash, check or credit card are accepted forms of payment.

Most people will feel some relief from their symptoms in one visit. For more straight forward cases it usually takes between 4-6 sessions. For more complicated issues it may take 10-20 visits or more depending on a variety of factors.
No. Oregon is a direct access state for physical therapy meaning you do not need a referral beforehand.
Please fill out and sign the intake form, waiver, and disclosures sent to you after scheduling your evaluation. Wear comfortable clothes so that you can move freely. Bring shoes you typically wear. Bring any eye wear and orthotics (dental or foot) you typically use.
